Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo Boosts Revenue with Garden Proposal Photography Service.

Date:

Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo is set to launch a unique photography service for its overnight guests starting May 14, 2026. This new offering is tailored for various special occasions, including proposals, anniversaries, and family portraits. Guests can take advantage of an English-speaking photographer, and the plan even offers video options. This initiative comes as interest in Japan for romantic getaways has surged, with a notable increase in online searches related to proposals in Tokyo since 2025. Additionally, the trend of milestone and celebration travel is growing worldwide.

Responding to the rising number of inquiries from international guests seeking picturesque locations for proposal photography, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers its stunning garden as a backdrop. The garden, nestled in the heart of Tokyo, features a blend of seasonal scenery and historic architecture, with highlights such as a three-story pagoda and the enchanting “Tokyo Sea of Clouds” mist display. Designed in the style of a traditional Japanese strolling garden, it provides an idyllic setting for capturing memorable moments.

The photography plan aims to enhance the experience of guests celebrating personal milestones during their stay. Hotel staff and photographers work together to plan the perfect photo opportunities within the gardens, ensuring that every detail is coordinated in advance. Guests can also request additional services, such as flower bouquets, in-room amenities, and dining arrangements at the hotel’s restaurants, provided that these requests are made ahead of time.

Tomohiko Chihiro, the General Manager of Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, expresses enthusiasm for welcoming couples to the garden to immerse themselves in Japanese culture while enjoying the hotel’s renowned hospitality. He emphasizes the team’s commitment to helping guests find the ideal backdrop for proposals and to capturing stunning photos and videos. Media representatives seeking garden tours or official images are encouraged to contact the hotel’s press office.

A visit to the hotel’s website will provide interested guests with pricing, plan details, and booking information. Early reservations are advised, especially during the popular cherry blossom and fall foliage seasons. In addition to the photography plan, the hotel also offers wedding venues for those considering a ceremony location. With a rich history spanning over 70 years, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo stands as a prominent luxury destination, boasting 265 guest rooms and suites, eight dining options, and an award-winning garden featuring a diverse array of botanical species. Owned by Fujita Kanko Inc., the hotel combines traditional elegance with modern hospitality.
